Booking Policy

• Minimum 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
• Full payment must be completed 15 days before travel date.
• Booking is subject to availability of flights, hotels, and tours.

Passport & Visa

• Passport must be valid for minimum 6 months from the travel date.
• Visa approval is subject to the rules of the Mauritius Embassy / Immigration authorities.
• The travel agency is not responsible for visa rejection or delay.

How much money can I carry to Seychelles

while entering to Seychelles Individual Passenger must carry USD $500 you should be able to show proof of sufficient funds for your stay we suggest to keep it in the form of Physical currency.

Cancellation Policy

• 30 days before travel: Cancellation charge 10% of package cost
• 15–29 days before travel: Cancellation charge 30%
• 7–14 days before travel: Cancellation charge 50%
• Less than 7 days / No show: 100% cancellation charges

Flight & Schedule Changes

• Flight timings may change depending on airline schedules.
• The agency is not responsible for airline delays, rescheduling, or cancellations.

Hotel Policy

• Standard check-in time: 14:00 hrs
• Check-out time: 12:00 hrs
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability.

Tour & Transfers

• All sightseeing tours operate on shared (SIC) or private basis as mentioned in the itinerary.
• Missed tours due to late arrival or personal reasons are non-refundable.

Responsibility

• The travel agency acts only as a service facilitator for airlines, hotels, and transport providers.
• The company is not responsible for accidents, natural disasters, or political issues during the tour.

Price Changes

• Tour price may change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharge, or government taxes.

Behaviour Policy

• Travelers must follow the local laws and regulations of Seychelles during the tour
