Begin your Meghalaya holiday with a warm welcome at Guwahati Airport/Railway Station. Our Jolly Holidays representative will assist you with the transfer to Shillong. Enjoy the scenic route and the peaceful surroundings of Umiam Lake before arriving in Shillong. Check in to your hotel and relax.
After early breakfast drive to Cherrapunji (4,400 ft.), the wettest place in the world. On the way to Cherrapunji visit Elephant Fall. After reaching at Cherrapunji visit Nohkalikai Waterfalls, Nohsngithiang Falls (also known as the Seven Sisters Waterfalls or Mawsmai Falls)(seasonal), Mawsmai Cave, Dainthlen Waterfalls, Arwah cave, Wei Sawdong waterfalls, Garden of Caves. After that, return back to Shillong. Overnight stay at Shillong.
After breakfast, enjoy a scenic drive to Mawlynnong, Asia's Cleanest Village. Explore the beautiful village, visit the Living Root Bridge, and climb the Sky View Tower for panoramic views of Bangladesh. Continue to Dawki, famous for the crystal-clear waters of the Umngot River. Enjoy an optional boat ride before returning to Shillong. Overnight stay in Shillong.
After breakfast check out from Hotel& visit Don Bosco Museum, Ward’s Lak, Lady Hydari Parklater transfer to Guwahati. Arrive and check in at hotel. In the evening you can explore local Market by Own. Overnight stay at Guwahati.
After breakfast out to visit Kamakhya Temple, Tirupati Balaji Temple, Nabagraha Temple, Sukreswar Temple (The 6th Jyotirlinga of Shiva, Ropeway(Ticket not included). Evening we suggest an optional tour of Golden sunset cruise on the Brahmaputra (Direct Payment by own). Overnight stay at Guwahati.
