Booking Policy

• Minimum 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
• Full payment must be completed 15 days before travel date.
• Booking is subject to availability of flights, hotels, and tours.

Passport & Visa

• Passport must be valid for minimum 6 months from the travel date.
• Visa approval is subject to the rules of the Srilanka Embassy / Immigration authorities.
• The travel agency is not responsible for visa rejection or delay.

How much money can I carry to Srilanka

while entering to Srilanka Individual Passenger must carry USD $500 or its equivalent to Srilanka Currency, you should be able to show proof of sufficient funds for your stay we suggest to keep it in the form of Physical currency.

Cancellation Policy

• 30 days before travel: Cancellation charge 10% of package cost
• 15–29 days before travel: Cancellation charge 30%
• 7–14 days before travel: Cancellation charge 50%
• Less than 7 days / No show: 100% cancellation charges

Flight & Schedule Changes

• Flight timings may change depending on airline schedules.
• The agency is not responsible for airline delays, rescheduling, or cancellations.

Hotel Policy

• Standard check-in time: 14:00 hrs
• Check-out time: 12:00 hrs
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability.

Tour & Transfers

• All sightseeing tours operate on shared (SIC) or private basis as mentioned in the itinerary.
• Missed tours due to late arrival or personal reasons are non-refundable.

Responsibility

• The travel agency acts only as a service facilitator for airlines, hotels, and transport providers.
• The company is not responsible for accidents, natural disasters, or political issues during the tour.

Price Changes

• Tour price may change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharge, or government taxes.

Behaviour Policy

• Travelers must follow the local laws and regulations of Thailand during the tour
